Dr. Jeanri Combrinck is a Private Psychiatrist practising in Kenilworth, Cape Town. Training and Experience in Psychiatry

Dr. Combrinck obtained her medical degree from The University of the Free State in 2013 and completed her internship at Uitenhage Provincial Hospital. She did her community service at the Oudtshoorn Military base, whereafter she was registered as an independent general practitioner for some time and then worked as a medical officer in Psychiatry for over two years at Karl Bremer and Stikland hospitals.

She is a fellow of the College of Medicine of South Africa and obtained her Master’s degree in Psychiatry with Cum Laude, from the University of Cape Town. During this period, Dr Combrinck obtained further experience working in psychiatric services at multiple government sectors, such as Groote Schuur, Valkenberg, Lentegeur and Red Cross hospitals, as well as at certain community clinics. Thereafter she entered the private sector.

Languages and patient profiles

Dr. Combrinck is fully bilingual, fluent in both Afrikaans and English and offers services that cater to a diverse patient basis, welcoming all adult patients, between the ages of 18 and 60. 

Facilities

Dr Combrinck offers both inpatient and outpatient services at Akeso Kenilworth Clinic. 

Consultations can be attended either online (via Zoom) or in person. However, the initial consultation has to be done in person.
